David is GREAT! We told him about our prior experience with another "agent/lender" which failed to help us get into a home. When we initially met with him to he presented to us all possible scenarios and left it up to us to decide what we wanted to do. He didn't try to sugarcoat or sweet talk us to give him a try, he simply presented the facts. We had a great home buying experience and wouldn't hesitate to give him a call again.
