This is the worst service I've ever experienced in retail! I've been through so much unnecessary PROBLEMS with this store. From being quoted WRONG alteration charges to being treated so rude in the store. The manager even gave me a refund for all the trouble and every lie I've been told because the consultants can't keep the story straight and when I went to get my refund with my bridesmaid the manager couldn't even act like a professional adult and accept the fact that I told her that the $200 does not equal out or fix my ... read more
