They are awful, money guzzling people. My best friend is getting married and was going to use them for our bridesmaid dresses and decided same day she didn't want the dresses and cancelled the order. One of the girls accidentally ordered a dress from the previous order and they failed to inform her the bride had cancelled the order and still processed her payment and refused to be helpful towards her whatsoever and they wedding is under a month away and we have to find some magical way to get this other bridesmaid matching t... read more
There was really no point in making a appointment for this place because I did almost everything myself. My consultant was around for maybe 5 minutes and then we didn't see her agin until we were walking out of the store. Customer service goes a long way with me and I didn't feel very welcome here.
The employees were rude when me and a bride went to look for her dress. The girl who helped us was hesitant to even acknowledge that we were asking for help.
My daughter had a horrible and traumatic experience in this poor excuse for a bridal shop. Her friend had called and made an appointment for my daughter and myself and scheduled under her name. We showed up up proceeded to look at dresses while waiting for a sales person. My daughter picked two dresses she wanted to try. When our sales person (and I use that term very loosely) was ready we went to speak to her. They discontinued the dress and the color of my fiancee brides maids dress. We found out when 2 of the brides maids went to get fitted today. My fiancee pick the color and dress 6 months ago!!! Now the 3 brides maid who bought the dress already are out $$$$ and the color scheme to the wedding must be changed. What upsets me the most.....NO ONE contacted us at all. Horrible horrible horrible customer service. We asked for assistance more than one time and both women decided to assist someone else who had come in after we had.
