I felt they did a really good job. It took them a long time to get the supplies and I was sorry about that. It took longer than they initially thought to develop the window but when they got here they did a great job. I had some thermal pane, double-pane windows that had leaked and so it was discolored in between and they replaced 2 of them for me. It was a small job but they did a great job. They did the most fabulous job—they installed 19 windows in one day, and the caulking was flawless. One of the frames came with a tiny flaw in it, and they replaced it at no charge. I was referred to them by a friend. They earned an A+.
I was out of the country and my wife was home when they were here. The workers were very professional. They cleaned up everything, and the work is outstanding. The reason we chose them over other companies came down to price and quality. I'd give them an A.
They didn’t break anything. It was just like a basic service call. I'd give them a B.
They did five large bay windows. They were punctual, they cleaned up after themselves, and thus far, we haven’t had a problem.
They did what they said they were going to do. They were on time, they were very professional, and the crew was very professional and courteous. They did a good cleanup. It was just a very good experience. In fact, I’ve recommended them to others. I initially chose them from the listing in Home Reports. I interviewed three companies, and while they were not the cheapest, I was just comfortable with the staff as well as the product that they represented. I'd give them an A+.
