I felt like the work was quality and the materials were quality. They did 3 windows for me. They were recommended by a friend. I’d give them a B+ because there were some issues with timing and calculating and things like that. I would recommend this company to friends and family members.
They replaced the windows in my entire house. I liked their professionalism, overall. They did what they said they were going to do in a timely manner, and the installers did a superb job. They were neat and cleaned up behind themselves, and I think the product is really good with a really good warranty. They get an A.
Davis Window & Door Company did some work for me, and they did an excellent job.
They put in a sliding glass door. They had good workmanship, and their communication was good. It took a while to get the door in, but once they got it in, they had it installed in a good amount of time. There were no issues with workmanship or anything along those lines. We had kind of an odd-sized door, and they were best able to come up with a solution for us. I'd give them an A- because of how long it took to get it all squared away.
It was a good price, and they did a good job. They were professional. They did a bunch of windows for me. I think I chose them because they had the best pricing, but they had the best product as well—they might have been a little bit more expensive, but their product was better. I'd give them an A.
They installed brand-new sliding glass doors. They were very professional and timely—I have no complaints. I had used them, and that is why I chose them. Davis Window & Door is an A+ company.
They were good for their word. There were a couple of issues; there was a miscommunication about reconnecting the burglar alarms when the windows were replaced, and they actually split the cost with us to have it reconnected. We also had a door put in several years ago when we had our first two windows put in, and the door needed to be replaced because of some changes in the house. Davis Window & Door did a large window for me, and they were pretty good. I think they did a good job, and they were very professional. I would give them an A.
The guy that came to measure was OK, but the guys that did the installation were absolutely spotless—when the room was done, you probably wouldn’t have known they were there except for a few paint chips where they had replaced a window.
