Dawn is an excellent, professional and brilliant lender. She explains everything to you and finds you the best deal. This is my first time working with her and she helped me refinance two properties. Dawn is an excellent lender! She is very knowledgeable and informative. She presented us with different options and pointed out all pros & cons. We noticed that other lenders didn’t know much about VA loans and tried to steer us away from them but not Dawn. She explained the VA program to us and we moved forward with her. We couldn’t be more happier with Dawn and her professional crew.
