The security gate... (Verified Renter) The security gate has been non-working for over a month. Maintenance texted me and said they were getting bids and all they had for me at this time. I texted back several reasons of concern, including I had spoofed some non-residents wandering the lot late at night who left. I don't understand why they wont have the gate fixed. I have so... (Verified Renter) I have so many problems with my apartment including: heat going out, tons of bugs, insulation problems which doubles my electric bill every month.
Housekeeping in parking... (Verified Renter) Housekeeping in parking lot need improvements, lots of cigarette butts, leaves, stairs with cobwebs, tenants not keeping area around trash bin clean, dog walking and pick up..
The only issue... (Verified Renter) The only issue we have had with the apartment complex is the office opening and closing times and the inability to retrieve packages. Since my boyfriend is a doctor he often leaves before the office opens and comes home after it closes. My profession requires me to travel quite often, so this leaves us with a frustrating situation!
Just as in... (Verified Renter) Just as in comparison to others would be the only reason I would recommend others. The price is too high compared to others and the amenities. There's so many new ones. I do think deep deuce needs power washed more often. And people need to clean up after their dogs more and they let their dogs run loose. I also think the Deuce needs to have more socials to let everyone get to know each other more.
