I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend the apartment community due to the great location, friendly office staff, and top notch maintenance staff. I do however find fourth street extremely loud and it is difficult to sleep without ear plugs in.
It is a... (Verified Renter) It is a wonderful place to live! The location is perfect if you are an OU Medicine employee like myself. It is also a perfect location for young adults wanting to be close to activities. The staff is professional and handles all needs with care.

The location and... (Verified Renter) The location and work staff are primarily why I’d recommend this to a friend. Also, the garages are a huge plus for downtown living. No other apartment downtown to my knowledge has an option to rent a personal garage.
The apartment community... (Verified Renter) The apartment community is nice and I feel safe here. However, there is the occasional neighbor who allows its pet/pets to roam free throughout the community, the load barking of dogs, the people who drive with loud music through the neighborhood, and the neighbor who plays their loud music in the apartment, which is very audible in my apartment. Other than that, everything has been good.

Any time I had a maintenance request, which was extremely rare, it was fixed immediately. Also, the deep deuce area is a very fun place to live. I always thought you should try and get the restaurants and bars in the area to offer an discount of some sorts to deep deuce residents, it would give an extra incentive to go out down there.
