The staff, especially... (Verified Renter) The staff, especially Crystal who I worked with mostly, was AMAZING, and so very friendly. Any time I had a maintenance request, which was extremely rare, it was fixed immediately. Also, the deep deuce area is a very fun place to live. I always thought you should try and get the restaurants and bars in the area to offer an discount of some sorts to deep deuce residents, it would give an extra incentive to go out down there.

Unfortunately, we got a really good offer at another location closer to my job. But Sasha made that decision really hard, she did everything right! Thank you Sasha we will recommend everyone to you!

I lived there for 3 years in 3 different apartments (switching roomates), through many changes in management and staff, and I can say my experience was consistently awesome. I liked the... (Verified Renter) I liked the community and proximity to downtown/midtown. The people in the office seemed really friendly. I just chose to rent an apartment in mesta park which give me the proximity to downtown/midtown at a reasonable price.
