Deep Deuce - 1 bedroom apartment Great amenities and apartment furnishings. Really enjoyed my time there. Not to mention the Staff was always available, professional, and very helpful which made life simple.... Carl is awesome!

Deep Deuce Apartments The apartment location is great. Walking distance to Bricktown, Downtown and Automobile Alley. Many top employers are located near by, including OU Medical Center. Apartment features stainless steel appliances, open kitchen and living room. Some apartments feature garages. Utility bills can be high during summer and winter months. Overall great place to live and very professionally managed.

You are paying... (Verified Renter) You are paying for the area the apartments are located in. They are a bit overpriced for the quality of the interiors. I can not open my windows as they are old and hang up. The new shower heads are too restrictive and takes much longer to get wet/rinse off. The overall quality of the interior is certainly livable but not high quality. It is a nice community and a great location.

Beyond the flashy location and amenities, there is ZERO SECURITY If you love paying a premium for minimal to no security, this is the place for you! A possibly intoxicated resident smashed their car through the security gate, and has now been broken for well over a month. Since the time our gate was broken, I've now had my car illegally towed by the towing company they use (Arrow), my car broken in to and ransacked within resident parking, and now my spouse's car has been ransacked. The security gate... (Verified Renter) The security gate has been non-working for over a month. Maintenance texted me and said they were getting bids and all they had for me at this time. I texted back several reasons of concern, including I had spoofed some non-residents wandering the lot late at night who left. I don't understand why they wont have the gate fixed.
