absolutely the most horrible service I have ever dealt with. They did not coordinate a service with me, came anyway while I was at work. They only did the outside, and they didn't even do the entire area of my home!!! They also charged me when I canceled my service. AND the craziest part is they even harass me in text messages. I can't believe this is an actual business. do not waste your money. oh and I also still had spiders.
They use to be good and friendly, they will remind you if you have a back gate that's lock and if you want them to come back later that afternoon to finish the job. Or they'll leave you a message at the front door that they didn't complete the back yard because the gate was locked, "do you want us to come back tomorrow?". No! They don't do that anymore. More of a reason I'm dropping them and the outrageous price!
RecommendedThey took the whole property into consideration when they treated and it was right on the mark, the crazy number of spiders Dissipated and they weren’t driven inside.
