Our shipment came in 3 days from the time we ordered! Everything was there in the boxes. We did not have to call for any assistance...the instructions were complete. I had a contractor who actually did most of the work and he was pleased to see how easily it all got installed...especially since it was in the over 90 degrees outside and the humidity was unbearable. We had it done in one day and the deck is 32'x16'. Thank you for a nice product and great service.

Easy install. Has been installed for about 6 months and no issues.
Had talked to several companies that installed hard underdeck systems to get basics and quotes. Looked on web and studied several DIY systems. I contacted Dek Drain via their website and Ed called back immediately. He explained what I needed to measure and told me to have my contractor call if necessary. They have several short videos explaining everything on their website. According to my contractor, it was easy to install. It requires no special tools or adhesives just like they say. I installed Dek Drain topside a few months ago and have found it to be extremely effective through heavy rainfall. The product arrived quickly with clear and detailed instructions that made installation easy. We began enjoying our new below deck dry patio space immediately and will definitely use Dek Drain on any future decking installations.
