As far as I can tell everything is good. Do to the shortage of treated deck lumber I have not yet installed the dek drain. It looks like it may be spring.

Was easy to install and everything fit as planned.
DEK drain system is working as advertised. The directions are straight forward and the installation was completed with minimal issues. The biggest problem was not following the direction to tuck in the channels several inches up under the flashing although it was clearly listed in the panels. We had to remove and reinstall and all was fine. The other issue was when I missed a joist when screwing in the floorboards. I removed the screw and had a leak. The pricing of the product was reasonable. Materials were received within a few days. Installation was easier than I had expected. Everything is now dry under my deck. Time to enclose it underneath. Great product!
