The product was extremely easy to install and works to a tee!!
Easy installation with all peace’s been shipped already cut in right size and marked. Excelente value since accessory peace’s were shipped along with some extras.
I engaged with Ed - shared the specific setup of my deck, gave him dimensions and ordered the materials. All came within a few days and easy to follow instructions. Ed also was available for follow-up questions.
I wanted to let you know that I installed the entire system myself a few years ago and it works great! I was able to capture almost 400 Sq Ft of dry outdoor space which is a premium here in the Pacific Northwest. I am going to wrap under the deck with clear plastic walls so I can heat it in the winter if I want to. Thanks again. Jay McManus
I used DEK Drain to replace Trex Rain escape and glad I did. Their system works better and their customer support is great. Not only are their materials better, it’s a lot easier of an install. Thanks Dek Drain for fixing my Draining problem.
The DEK drain product was delivered quicker than expected. The directions for installation were very easy and concise. I can't be more happy with the results. I have already recommend DEK drain to my family and friends.

As far as I can tell everything is good. Do to the shortage of treated deck lumber I have not yet installed the dek drain. It looks like it may be spring.
