Great to work with, I had a couple questions that were answered very quickly. Product showed up very quickly after the order was placed. Everything was labeled and organized. It is a time consuming process to install but it is working as advertised. Very quality product. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to have a waterproof living space under their deck
Great, got the dek drain quickly and the order was correct.
It was a first time effort. Had never done a "dry below" type deck. It was a straightforward installation and I can't think there could be a better alternative option. It's a very common sense product. Pricing is good too.
We just had Dek Drain installed on our brand new deck and love it! Looks nice, installation was seamless, now the area under our deck is dry and usable. Highly recommend!

This was exactly the product I needed. The only hard parts of the install was up against the house (because this was an existing deck) and around railings. The main parts went in super easily. And the area under my deck is bone dry now.
