I was so hesitant when I first thought about doing the water proofing wasn’t sure if I be able to do it right but when I talked to the sales man on the phone and he explained every little detail about it and he more than assured me it would work perfectly fine if I did as he said and that I did it’s hard work it’s a two man job for sure I did it myself but took my time and made sure it was done correctly once I did first two joists I was away with it knowing what’s next and stuff very simple and really well worth the money t... read more
Fast delivery simple instructions and it has been installed for about a month and a half with no leaking under the deck, giving me a dry area of the weather is bad.
We had a contractor put in the Treks system which was horrible and leaked. After several tries to get them to fix it. My wife and I ripped it out and ordered DEK Drain. It was simple, straight forward and we installed it. It is amazing stuff and works really well.
Sales team was very helpful. The response time from initial contact to delivery was super fast. Product arrived quickly and was well packaged. Most everything was labeled to easily understand. They even helped with our unique situation of installation and made everything very easy to assemble. I highly recommend watching the installation video if you haven't installed this product before. Very helpful.

Easy to order and delivered on time. I installed myself with no experience. Completed about 350 sqft deck in about 4 hours. No leaks after 1 month. Excellent product.
