Sales team was very helpful. The response time from initial contact to delivery was super fast. Product arrived quickly and was well packaged. Most everything was labeled to easily understand. They even helped with our unique situation of installation and made everything very easy to assemble. I highly recommend watching the installation video if you haven't installed this product before. Very helpful.

Easy to order and delivered on time. I installed myself with no experience. Completed about 350 sqft deck in about 4 hours. No leaks after 1 month. Excellent product.

Great to work with, I had a couple questions that were answered very quickly. Product showed up very quickly after the order was placed. Everything was labeled and organized. It is a time consuming process to install but it is working as advertised. Very quality product. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to have a waterproof living space under their deck
Great, got the dek drain quickly and the order was correct.
It was a first time effort. Had never done a "dry below" type deck. It was a straightforward installation and I can't think there could be a better alternative option. It's a very common sense product. Pricing is good too.
