A great experience from start to finish! I received superb help in the design phase and the material shipped promptly and arrived on time. Even better was the follow up order after my guys accidently mis-applied some of the material- I was able to get what I needed expedited out quickly! The material was here fast! We removed the deck boards, cleaned up and installed the Dek drain. It was so easy and protected all the HVAC units below the deck. Being in upstate N.Y the employees salted the deck all winter which covered the units below destroying them in 2 years at a replacement cost of close to $90,000. This was the prefect solution. Rick
Our shipment came in 3 days from the time we ordered! Everything was there in the boxes. We did not have to call for any assistance...the instructions were complete. I had a contractor who actually did most of the work and he was pleased to see how easily it all got installed...especially since it was in the over 90 degrees outside and the humidity was unbearable. We had it done in one day and the deck is 32'x16'. Thank you for a nice product and great service.

Had talked to several companies that installed hard underdeck systems to get basics and quotes. Looked on web and studied several DIY systems. Called DEK Drain with a few questions and decided to get a firm quote after sending them sketches and measurements. I contacted Dek Drain via their website and Ed called back immediately. He explained what I needed to measure and told me to have my contractor call if necessary. They have several short videos explaining everything on their website. According to my contractor, it was easy to install. It requires no special tools or adhesives just like they say.
