Lewis is the BEST!! I know it's normal to be leary, an afraid to bring your car to the actual dealer, but I have learned, that Delray Honda, not only is an honest repair shop.... but also, cheaper than most repair places, an they use 100% Honda parts, an in several instances, CHEAPER, than your private mechanic, or oil change place.... I don't bring my Honda civic to anyone else, I trust them 100%. An I swear on my mother's grave, I never thought I would say that about a dealership.
Carlos was Awesome Met Carlos immediately when we got to dealership. He was attentive, he was courteous and listened to what we needed and what we were looking for. Would recommend him to anyone. Follow up with us was exceptional. Would buy from again.

Service at it's best! I purchased my Certified Pre-owned Honda at Delray Honda two months ago. I love the car but was having intermittent starting issues with it. I called the dealership on short notice on Monday morning, was told to bring it in, check in with Isai, which I did at 9:30. Isai listened to my issues and told me they would try to resolve the issue! Isai called at 2:00 and told me my car was ready to be picked up, problem solved! Wonderful Help I am so glad that I found Carlos to help me. I wasn't sure how to work a lot of thing on my new CRV. He was kind, patient and gave easy to understand explanations. He made it clear that I could call upon him again for help if needed. There should be more people like Carlos in the world. I certainly would recommend him and Delray Honda to my friends. Just What I Needed I just went in to ask questions about my previous lease which was to end in Oct. John was friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. After he spent quite a bit of time with me I told him I wasn't sure I was ready to make a decision that day and he was free to help other customers. He said he was there to help me for as long as I needed help. He also listened very well to what I wanted on my car and didn't try to up-sale me on additional features.
