very friendly and cooperative My first Honda was leased fom you in Sept. 2016and My second Honda was just leased from youon March 10th 2017 I have not as yet experienced a ny service visits as yet but the purchasing experiences hav been much better than expected and have been very enjoyable. Chris Dasconio is a exceptional salesman, he is knowledgable, friendly,caring,and very cooperative. Dependable service with a smile I am now entering my 5th year being a Delray Honda customer. Mike Young has been my service adviser on each visit. I am always confident that the service on my vehicle will be done accurately, and completed within the time frame promised. Additionally, any and all explanations need are handled with clarity for the non-auto mechanic person, which I appreciate. I wish every Company had the friendly customer focused attention he provides.
Great buying experience! Carlos was an excellent sales person, very honest and helpful. He knew all the information about every model in the floor which help us with our final decision. There was no pressure in the time of the negotiations and he was very patient. As far as financing, the finance department made me come back with a very unusual and weird excuse, they change all the numbers on the final summary and not proper explanation was given.
They were great Lucy Conrado (who isn't listed below) and everyone else there were nice, helpful, knowledgeable and not high-pressure. It was as enjoyable as car-buying could be, and I got the exact car I wanted.
Best customer service I was happy to find female service advisors working at Delray Honda. My advisor was Amanda, and she was great. She is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I will be back!
Attentive Service Advisor My Service Advisor, Michael Young, did all that he promised to do, was timely and made for a very good service experience. He treated me in a professional and friendly manner even though he was ill with a cold.
