New car purchase Everyone was very pleasant, it was a quiet day but things went a little slow, total time was 4.5 .thats a little too long for me. Finance made things pretty painless. Insurance dept was great ,saved me a lot of money.

Oil change and needed light turned off on dash board because Excellent and suggested I call AAA to see if my battery is still under warranty. It was and they came. I need brake pads and other things done. Two days before I bought a gas cap and Michael Harris installed it for me so I placed another service call with him since he was so nice to put it on.
Great facility with extensive inventiry James Siminds was a down to earth salesman that was easy to work with. There were not any stereotypical sales tactics or pressure. He listened and provided requested information.
Excellent Sales Person This is my fourth Honda CRV. It is my second with Peter Carrigan and 3rd with Delray Holda. Peter is fantastic. He followed up all during the term of my first lease just to say hi or ask if there was anything I needed or just to wish me a happy holiday. This is why I came back and only would lease from him. Great service. I was greeted by Mike T. and then he turned the car over to Paul and to my surprise not only did they change the oil, they filled the fluids in the window wash. They checked the brakes and when I went to pick it up, they brought the car close by. So I paid and was on my way.Thank you .
