Perfection personified My experience in service dept was flawless. Wait time was exactly as told. Lovely and comfortable waiting area. Employee who greeted me was nice & professional. Car was washed & cleaned beautifully when returned to me. I would definitely recommend service dept.

it's all about trust dealing with michael young is like dealing with a friend. he has been my service adviser for years and has more than earned my trust. he is both time and budget conscious, let's me know what work absolutely has to be done and what can postponed until my next visit. when i pull out of the garage i know my car is safe and mechanically sound. i trust his word and that is an incredibly valuable thing to me.
Customer Service Excellence I have two Hondas that needed their first service. First vehicle was serviced at the dealer near my home and the experience was absolutely awful, it needs to go back and i'm dreading it. As a result of the first experience, I took my second Honda to Delray Honda, where I bought the car. It's a little further drive but the customer service more than made up for it and I felt confident that my vehicle was in good hands.
