Very good service by Jimmy and the rest of the staff. Received a good rate on the lease, the package I picked was good but it was missing a couple of features that I had on previous cars like push button starting and blind spot sensors on my side mirrors.
Very Good Experience This is my third Honda but my first at Delray Honda. By far the best Honda dealer that I have ever been to. The new car Director and Sales man were extremely attentive and patient and understanding. The Finance Manager took the time to sit and explain everything clearly to me. They gave me the time to think about my choices and were right by my side to help me and confirm everything before I drove my 2017 car away from the dealership. passenger side window not closing Joe was terrific. He had my car checked, told me the part was unavailable until the following day. Got me in a loaner. I was out in the specified time which was important to me since I needed to pick someone up. My car was ready the next day as promised washed and vacuumed. First time I brought my car to this dealership but was very impressed with the total experience. New Honda and Exceptional Service I went in to purchase a Honda. Ended up purchasing a 2017 Honda Civic EX and couldn't be happier. From the time I walked in the door, I felt comfortable and not pressured. Travis was great, took me for some test drives and then Carlos came over and worked magic with some of the numbers. Always a great experience. I'd first come to Delray Honda after having two bad experiences at my local Honda store. I came in and was greeted by Michael Young. The service and treatment I received from him was fantastic. Since then I've been back in to see him and the service is consistent. I really appreciate him and the nice food counter and waiting area.
