Good Job The Finance team caused a bottle-neck that I did not understand, If you are going to work on anything in you your sale process I would suggest that you do not make people wait an ungodly amount of time to process the finance paperwork. Michael Harris from your service department should recognition for this sale, as he was instrumental in my decision to purchase the car.
Very friendly staff and pleasant buying experience My experience with Peter and Carlos was very pleasant. I would definitely buy a vehicle from this dealership again. The only thing that is frustrating is the length of the car buying process. We were are the dealership for 5 + hours between looking at the cars, test driving, sales negotiating and completing the finance. However, all the personnel there are great to work with.

Great Service I have never bought my cars from Delray Honda but always had them serviced here so I decided to try it. I was very happy and I had Mike and Mario as my salesmen and they were very professional. From the time I started looking until delivery of my new car.
Upgrade of Leased Car went very well. Everything proceeded like clock work.. In sequence I was escorted to the various phases of the purchase. It was complete in 3 hours, and I drove home in the new Honda ex-l.
