Amazing customer service! James was the salesman who helped me. He was wonderful. He got me out of my lease and into a brand new car. He was very patient and made sure I understood everything that was going on. He even took the time out to read my leasing contract to make sure that I get the best deal possible. He also took his time in explaining all the features of my new civic. Overall, the entire process was a joyful one.
Great I Compared to some other dealerships and sales personnel at Delray Honda was one of the best. All the sales dept seemed friendly. So far I am happy with my experience and I love my new car.

Honda purchase experience Very smooth purchase from start to driving off the lot. No complaints. Paul Susca greeted us. He was very friendly. Didn't push us into a forced purchase. He told us to take our time & let him know when we wanted to "purchase the Honda CR V". He knew we would be back! Not pushy & very nice. It's hard to find NICE people these days, especially in the sales departments. We liked him right away.
Excellent sales personnel. Sales personnel were very knowledgeable. They were more concerned about my needs rather than just making a sale. They did not pressure me and I was very comfortable speaking to them.
Pleasant and efficient buying experience. Good price too. The sales staff was friendly and helpful. They were able to meet my pricing requirements for the purchase price of my new Civic and for the allowance for my trade in. The 2 other dealers I visited previously were not. Commitment to customers and excellence I just leased and Accord Touring and had an amazing expience with Delray Honda. Zack Coker, my sales person, was amazing. He was always on top of things but never pushy and annoying. He explained everything in detail and worked with me to get the best price. He was very knowledgeable. He works with Travis who was available and handled things whenever Zack could not. I was extremely satisfied and give this team and the dealership my highest recommendation.
