First class service start to finish! Let me first say I never take the time to write reviews but I just HAD to write about Carlos. Carlos was a doll from start to finish in the car buying process. Knowledgeable in not only the Honda's but in the preowned card on the lot. Carlos listened to my car "wish list" and worked to get me into the perfect car. He was tireless in his effort and I genuinely appreciated that. Thank you Carlos for a great experience.
A pleasant experience Zack was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and listened attentively to what I was looking for. Because of the large inventory I was fortunate to get the exact vehicle I wanted. There were no hassles and no surprises which made the process a pleasant buying experience. Great customer service. FAST AND EXCELLENT SERVICE We are from Ohio and were there on vacation. Our Honda Odessey minivan broke down and was towed into Delray Honda for service at 9 pm Wed night. Promptly at opening in the morning they called us about the repair needed. A starter was installed and the repair was done by early afternoon the same day!!!!! Easiest auto buying experience I give this rating because everything was exactly as promised. There was no going back and forth and haggling. The finance portion was video recorded, which is a nice added touch for both buyer and seller. Mario was absolutely wonderful and efficient.

Experienced staff made transaction painless I leased a 2016 Honda CR-V, Touring trim. The sales person was pleasant and knowledgable and guided me through my options. 12/10/16 (Saturday) service with Michael Young I came in on Saturday 12/10/2016. Michael was very professional. I was waiting a few minutes (while he was on the phone with a customer). He apologized when he got off the phone call. Michael politely asked me what I would like done and ask me if I’d be waiting for the car.
