There was always good communication with the staff of Van Dyke. It was also a very uncommonly quick process. Denny and everyone else at VanDyk were awesome. The buyers actually were under contract twice for the same property. Denny and VanDyk did not miss a beat. Their diligence and constant communication made for a very smooth transaction.
