Incredible work through an incredibly unorthodox situation! Denny was extremely diligent and communicated well throughout every step in the process of purchasing my first property. The videos helped a ton and were really creative, too. I would definitely recommend Denny to anyone looking to purchase a home in the future, no matter your level of experience.

For about two years I searched for a home and I don't believe I comprehend the work that goes into following up with and staying in touch with a buyer/seller. At any point in time, even if I wasn't looking, any questions i had i could call Denny and ask him for insight. This was a big step for me to take and certainly got discouraged at times.
