With the documents aside,Denny was eager to answer any questions we had during the process. Making the whole process less daunting.
We came into this process knowing nothing about home buying. Everyone at Van Dyke were very patient with us and was always a call or email away if we ever had a question. Now thanks to them we have the house of our dreams and we have them to thank for getting us to this stage of our lives.
Denny, Brooke and Darla were fantastic and patient, even when I had a hard time getting some paperwork in for them. They provide several options and even first time homebuyer class info to take. Denny even went above and beyond and spoke to my mom via phone to talk her through some questions. They even sent me cookies once the loan was approved! They were such a pleasure to work with, and I’m very happy to have had them on my side for the “home” stretch of closing.
Having a real estate team that worked so closely together made everything go incredibly smooth, even pulling together multiple scenarios and still keeping us on track for a quick close. The videos they send out at each step of the process were a little cheesy, but also really helpful and great! Couldn't be happier with our real estate and mortgage team of Denny, Darla, and Torin (Keller Williams).

I basically purchased my dream home from the comfort of my desk! The entire team was very friendly and diligent and knowledgeable. I was included in all correspondence and also, received an official update on the status. As we moved through the different stages, they also forwarded me video to go over the next step. All of the signing was done electronically which made it even faster! Overall, the whole experience was FANTASTIC! Thank You! I could not ask for a better team :-)
Though the process was a little long I was very satisfied how I was kept in the loop of everything that was going on.

With each meeting i left feeling and knowing that he (Denny) was working for us. Most of all Denny was very professional and handled all things with such high class, i felt like i was his most important client. A job done very well.
