Though the extensive process was delayed on the regular, it was in fact inevitably concluded and that alone is the stuff of dreams reaching reality. Regardless of the speed bumps, between the professionalism and the expertise, the experience in its entirety was certainly one to be valued.
Denny and the rest of the VanDyk team were very helpful and communicative to me and my client throughout the entire process. Any questions we had were answered promptly and we never had to guess about where we were at in the lending process.

We only had a 4 day extension with an FHA loan & the property needing to go thru probate. God was with us all the way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
