I called thinking I would be informed I needed to work on some items before being approve. I was shocked when Denny told me he could get me a pre-approval. Not only did I get my pre approval quickly, but once I found my home I was able to close a week earlier than scheduled. I fully believe this is all because of Denny and Santino plus everyone else behind the scenes!
As a young lad I always wanted and knew that I needed a strong loan team, but in my wildest dreams I never imagined I would receive the support and direction I was given during this whole process. My desires were surpassed and my faith restored in humanity. In todays world where we witness death and destruction on a daily basis, its refreshing seeing fine young men doing the work of a saint.
