The team Denny and Santino took a refusal and turned it in to an approval loan. They took it personally went the extra mile shop for insurance to find better rates, found them. Got the loan done in about 30 days they cared and took pride in what they were doing. We didn't have to bring any money to the closing and received a check. Go figure, now we're investing in a shiny new stripper pole.
