Dental options in Aventura is 0/10. This particular office do not hold accountability whatsoever. Back in 2021, i went in to remove my wisdom tooth and couple years later in 2025, it is revealed that the surgeon left a piece of tooth where my wisdom tooth was supposedly to be completely extracted. The pain I'm experiencing right now, mimic the same pain i had back when i had a full wisdom tooth. I had an appointment today on august 13, 2025 at 10am and left the office at 1:45pm. My fiancé and I had a terrible experience at this office during our first visit. We came in for routine cleanings, and despite confirming multiple times that everything was covered by insurance, my fiancé was charged $118. The dentist acted more like a used car salesman, trying to upsell unnecessary treatments, including a deep cleaning. It felt more like a sales pitch than a professional dental visit. After years with them I did 2 implants $$$$$ and they did a very bad work. They tried 2 times to replace it, but couldn't get it right. For the last 6 months I'm leaving messages for the dr. to call me back. And they just ignored me.

I scheduled a large appointment with a dentist at this office, expecting proper care. They assured me that my treatment would be addressed during the visit. When I arrived, they charged me upfront before any service was provided. I paid for a consultation at this dental office, expecting professional care and treatment. I’ve been with this dental company for years and i finally realized the following: The same crown has fallen and broken several time and no break on the redo price. The material are not solid good. It makes no sense how a crown can fall and be done 3 times

Dr. Was very pushy on selling me treatments. Gave me conflicting diagnosis to other doctors. Was rude and condescending. I felt more like an atm than a patient. Then left me sitting there for a long time waiting for my cleaning, until someone came again to show me the cost of those procedures. Hygienist who did the cleaning was informative and did a good job, and seemed genuinely concerned and caring.

the lady that cleaned my teeth did a lousy job. she scraped off the protective coverage of my bottom retainer. she only clean the bottom part of my teeth and use the floss to clean up the upper part, when I brought it to her attention that's when she went back and clean the upper part. the worst cleaning I ever experienced in my life. My regular girl was off today.

I had a pleasant experience with Dr. Gegati and his staff. My Dentist that I had for years left and I panicked. I was very anxious about my appointment and my procedure , but Dr Gegati was very patient professional, he took time and explain what needed to be done, his staff very professional. There is no words how wonderful my experience with Dental Options from all the staff and Dr Gegati.

I been going for many years for my cleaning to one hygienist for a long time however she left and I panicked and was hesitant about anyone.. Marisol did my cleaning I was impressed by her, very professional very detailed, explained the procedure so I can understand, so glad I gave her chance I am very happy.
