Today, I had a teeth cleaning appointment, which was okay. However, during the checkout, the receptionist informed me that I have cavities, which the dentist never mentioned during my visit in January. I asked for my dental records and x-rays, but the receptionist made me sign a paper and pay $25, stating that I'll receive a response in three days. I'm quite disappointed with this dental office. The front desk lacks proper patient handling, and they seem to have hired dentists with no experience and poor communication skills... read more

Dr Yau is wonderful, very attentive and always smiling. Dr staff is also great
This is the worst dental office that I have ever visited. The oral surgeon is disrespectful and extremely unprofessional. The communication among the doctors are the worst. I had to come back to the office for x-rays, waited on follow up phone calls from the doctor that never made. If you want a service provided, this is the worst place to come. They will waste your time and give you the run around.
