Terrible experience...these people are really bad... its all about the $$$ they can soak you or your insurance for...and if you dont follow their plan they they haunt you... its all about what they want to do...not what you want... stay away!!!!!

I was set up to do a surgery and when I got there to my appointment, They told me that they messed up on my partial and that I had to wait, no one called me before I got there to explain to me about the surgery procedure and that I wasn’t able to do it on that particular day, instead they waited for me to get there, I got irritated and asked for my money back, they got upset, and when called the next day to talk to the manager or supervisor or the leader I found out they block me,. I just went yesterday to Dental Options to cement a Crown that came off. All I asked was: can you please just cement a crown that I pulled out trying to clean something. That crown was done 3 weeks ago in Colombia. The men (?Dr?) who attended me starting looking at how he could make some money from the situation and started explaining why he “who is God” considers the crown must be done again “his way” and send a girl to show me an estimate of over $11,000 to do a complete job. CHECK YOUR INSURANCE FOR APPROVAL!!!!! I have been going to Dental options for 3-4 years, but I will NO longer be returning. This is the SECOND time DENTAL OPTIONS in AVENTURA has told me something was NOT covered by my insurance and charged me for payment. This September 2025- I went to DENTAL OPTIONS in AVENTURA to get a mouthguard for my grinding. Had two fillings put in today. The doctor that attended me was great. No problem. I asked the assistant for mouth wash to rinse when the procedure was done. She gave me a small cup with mouth wash. I asked for the portable suction unit to spit, she told me “I could spit in the cup”. Let’s see numb mouth, I wasn’t done with the rinse, intended to rinse twice. Dental options in Aventura is 0/10. This particular office do not hold accountability whatsoever. Back in 2021, i went in to remove my wisdom tooth and couple years later in 2025, it is revealed that the surgeon left a piece of tooth where my wisdom tooth was supposedly to be completely extracted. The pain I'm experiencing right now, mimic the same pain i had back when i had a full wisdom tooth. I had an appointment today on august 13, 2025 at 10am and left the office at 1:45pm. My fiancé and I had a terrible experience at this office during our first visit. We came in for routine cleanings, and despite confirming multiple times that everything was covered by insurance, my fiancé was charged $118. The dentist acted more like a used car salesman, trying to upsell unnecessary treatments, including a deep cleaning. It felt more like a sales pitch than a professional dental visit. After years with them I did 2 implants $$$$$ and they did a very bad work. They tried 2 times to replace it, but couldn't get it right. For the last 6 months I'm leaving messages for the dr. to call me back. And they just ignored me.
