I’ve been with this dental company for years and i finally realized the following: The same crown has fallen and broken several time and no break on the redo price. The material are not solid good. It makes no sense how a crown can fall and be done 3 times

Dr. Was very pushy on selling me treatments. Gave me conflicting diagnosis to other doctors. Was rude and condescending. I felt more like an atm than a patient. Then left me sitting there for a long time waiting for my cleaning, until someone came again to show me the cost of those procedures. Hygienist who did the cleaning was informative and did a good job, and seemed genuinely concerned and caring.

the lady that cleaned my teeth did a lousy job. she scraped off the protective coverage of my bottom retainer. she only clean the bottom part of my teeth and use the floss to clean up the upper part, when I brought it to her attention that's when she went back and clean the upper part. the worst cleaning I ever experienced in my life. My regular girl was off today.

I had a pleasant experience with Dr. Gegati and his staff. My Dentist that I had for years left and I panicked. I was very anxious about my appointment and my procedure , but Dr Gegati was very patient professional, he took time and explain what needed to be done, his staff very professional. There is no words how wonderful my experience with Dental Options from all the staff and Dr Gegati.

I been going for many years for my cleaning to one hygienist for a long time however she left and I panicked and was hesitant about anyone.. Marisol did my cleaning I was impressed by her, very professional very detailed, explained the procedure so I can understand, so glad I gave her chance I am very happy.

I had a bad experience coming into the office. Someone contacted me via email to advise that they lost my phone number and ask me to contact them back to confirm my appointment which I did. When I phoned back they advise that my appointment was moved from 11:30 to 12:15 because the Dr. was running late. I was on my way to the office when I was contacted again by someone telling me that I missed my 11:30 appointment. When I advised it has been moved the person on the phone simply said: ok yes. I paid over $3000 for a bridge which was completed in 2022. A crack in this bridge was discovered. I called dental Options because they did the work. I had an appointment today. Drs. Assistant took several x-rays and the dentist looks at X-rays said that everything looks fine. I said I know there is a crack and they came in with a cell phone and took photos of the crack in my bridge. And they agree there is a crack after looking further and taking picture. Ok, so why is there no warranty.

This place quick to take your money but refuses to refund you when you owed a refund. I asked for a full refund, the only refunds part of what what I’m owed. My bf is owed over $300 from this place. The insurance paid them but they will not refund his money. His appointment was in January, it’s now April and NO REFUND. We turn in the form they asked to turn in still no refund. I was extremely disappointed this morning 🤢 I think what the stuff did to me was very unfair, And for that reason I will never go back to dental options again, I definitely will not refferded any of my family and friends to the office.
