We had such an amazing experience working with Jeff and Brandy at Dents & Dings. Our vehicle was damaged during a recent hail storm, and they did a phenomenal job assessing the damage, working with insurance, communicating, and made our expedition look brand new. The dent on my vehicle was in a very challenging location. It was removed and the vehicle looks almost as good as it did off showroom floor. Rick did an amazing job and all of the office staff I interacted with were extremely professional and polite! I highly recommend this business.

I do not normally complete surveys/leave feedback, but Brandi and team did an EXCELLENT job.. I purchased a new car( 1st time in 10 years) about six months ago and after being in Texas for 10 years I experienced my first hail storm damage. She listened to my concerns and relayed that to the to the technician. Rick did a superb job. Car looks like I just drove it off the lot at the dealership, only with more shine.
I cannot say enough good things about Dents and Dings. I walked in a frantic customer and left feeling like I'd found distant relatives. Brandy took such great care of me and my car! I was able to get a same day inspection appt, they walked me through the process, and even offered to help with my insurance claim. I was so worried that negligent party's insurance denied my claim. Much to my amazement I went to Dents and Dings and was able to get the damage repaired within an hour, plus for under $200.00. Loving it!! ❤️
Staff was very friendly. I had been recommended by Joe Hudson Collision in Boerne. I called and was able to get a same day appointment and they fixed my door damage while I waited. It looks like it never even happened! Thank you!!
