Wow! I’m so happy I decided to come here! I had several dents I thought were not fixable without paying an arm and a leg. I had been to several other shops for quotes before coming here. Excellent, absolute off the charts service. All employees were extremely courteous, professional, the establishment was very clean, supplied with hand sanitizer and all employees wore mask. I had multiple dents that individuals with knowledge of the dent removal process told me could not be repaired. One of the more severe dents was located in the crease on the back quarter panel of my 2019 Dodge Challenger. When I picked my car up it was perfection! Everyone, especially Sam Houston, was amazing. Sam was very professional and went above & beyond my expectations to work with Sedgwick & Travelers Insurance. She cut through their clutter to move the process forward. She even set up and drove me to the rental car facility. I will ONLY use Dents & Dings going forward and have already begun to tell my friends & ci-workers. Give Sam a raise & move her to Managemect to ensure you keep her!Â
