Excellent, absolute off the charts service. All employees were extremely courteous, professional, the establishment was very clean, supplied with hand sanitizer and all employees wore mask. I had multiple dents that individuals with knowledge of the dent removal process told me could not be repaired. One of the more severe dents was located in the crease on the back quarter panel of my 2019 Dodge Challenger. When I picked my car up it was perfection! Everyone, especially Sam Houston, was amazing. Sam was very professional and went above & beyond my expectations to work with Sedgwick & Travelers Insurance. She cut through their clutter to move the process forward. She even set up and drove me to the rental car facility.
