Cold call. I answered the call. Started talking about different loans. We had recently been in progress on a loan from Rocket that went south due to their inability to make it happen. The phone agent informed me about DSCR loans and was connected with Derek Torok. From there the loan closed in 30 days, better rate , more cash out and great experience. Thank you Derek Torok and all involved. Senior processor Carey is amazing. Great experience with everyone involved.
