Time lines were tight , Time lines were missed. It is a process and needs constant communication between all working partners.
Not organized and got annoyed when I asked questions about loan docs. There are better options out there. Go with someone else if you can.

Could review everything the bank ask for in a more reasonable timely manner; instead of taking 48 hours to review a single document. They could ask everything they need at once, rather than single documents, making the process a lot slower. Lender hid the fact i was paying thousands of dollars for a lower interest rate, claiming he was "giving me a credit". Making it seem, like i was giving the lower interest rate as an incentive. We went into a VA refinance with all of our documentation already provided (we had started with another lender). E-Capital drug their feet on this, allowing the lender NewRez to require more documentation that should have been needed (or legally required). They constantly had us jumping through hoops.
