Derek was great in his communication and was always available to talk whenever I called him with questions. He worked out a great refinancing deal for me. I came away with a feeling that he really cares about his clients and I will be happy to do business with him again in the future and refer him to my friends and contacts.
I really liked the fact that I was given multiple options on how to structure the loan and ultimately found the one that worked best for me. Although we were under the gun for a bit to close by the date I needed to close we got it done.

You explained the process well. You informed me when and why numbers would change as the process went along. You were also very responsive whenever I called you. You also saved me a LOT of money on closing costs that I was able to use on the house! Thanks Derek!
Time lines were tight , Time lines were missed. It is a process and needs constant communication between all working partners.
Not organized and got annoyed when I asked questions about loan docs. There are better options out there. Go with someone else if you can.
