Derek was great in his communication and was always available to talk whenever I called him with questions. He worked out a great refinancing deal for me. I came away with a feeling that he really cares about his clients and I will be happy to do business with him again in the future and refer him to my friends and contacts.
I really liked the fact that I was given multiple options on how to structure the loan and ultimately found the one that worked best for me. Although we were under the gun for a bit to close by the date I needed to close we got it done.
