The staff is unbelievably helpful. The food is great, my detox was addressed very well. The facility is exceptionally well maintained. I have learned that if I keep on using the result is always the same. I am lucky I ended up in rehab this time around to help me figure that out.
Everything is really good, nursing, BHT staff, and therapist. Participation is all you need because Desert Hope provides the rest.
The BHT and intake are outstanding and considerate of each clients needs and listen very well. The staff all around take care of each of the clients needs. Very caring staff, when a client has health issues or any other issues staff takes the time to sit and engage with client. If you want it (recovery) it is here at Desert Hope all you need to do is be open to the help.
Counseling, Communication, Staffing, Nursing, and the food is terrific No soda pop though. If you wanna get clean this is the place to do it.
Positive attitude from the staff and they are very open-minded with suggestions such as my recovery and how to stay clean. Intense and great learning experience most of all helped me start a successful recovery process

well structured, capability to address trauma, staff availability for interventions. The facility is very clean. Thanks to the staff for keeping me from making a bad decision to leave treatment. Phone scheduled times, 90 min groups was too long for me. Staff willingness to help and their crisis intervention is fantastic.

Instructor are very knowledgeable and apply their personal experience in order to gain the confidence of the clients. As a whole the facility has a good foundation to learn from. I think the food could use a little more variety to accommodate different types of people and what they are accustom to.
