The facility is beautiful, the schedule and treatment program are both effective and accimmodating. The staff is completely supportive. And the food is delicious! They had a profound impact on my recovery and my life! Highly recommend them if you are considering treatment.

Great staff, they are considerate and knowledgeable. There are doctors on site and the r.n.s are on site 24/7. Great groups and classes. Detox meds. are available with Dr. Recommendation to make detoxing safe and less painful. Both intake and discharge is organized and efficient. Managers at the facility AMA and crissis team are very good at keeping clients the movement piece for clients going from main to IOP is organized. program schedule is effective daily operations is organized and efficient the teamwork between BHT and nursing staff is really awesome I can not think of any weaknesses because the way we tackle situations result in a good outcome. Strong program, staff willing to help. emotional help and treatment help. Daily program to help clients with treatment. Great therapist and case management. Needs more extra curricular activities, such as weekly outings. Great experiences with staff such as. Technicians, case management, management, department leaders. As an employee I feel that Desert Hope has a great emphasis on the 12 step aspect of recovery. As an employee I also feel that the administration team goes above and beyond to keep clients engaged in their treatment and involves the family to help assist in long term sobriety after they leave the facility. Organization/Operations Knowledge of staff is excellent. Programming for clients is effective. Transportation dept overall is exceptional. I have 0 weaknesses to list for Desert Hope I have worked for Desert Hope 4 years. I had no prior experience in the type of atmosphere, but having worked here I have learned a great deal of information about addiction, & the substance abuse industry. I believe any client that admits to Desert Hope will more than appreciate the help that we as a facility can offer them.
