If a client wants to get better, they get better. If a client does not want to program, there is. I way to make them. If a client wants to get better, this is the place. If they are not interested in programming, they will receive a lot of support and encouragement and motivation and then should decide they are not ready.

Great communication. Prompt and friendly. Informative groups. Well structured facility. Food is fantastic. Any weaknesses they might have are alleviated by their great communication. I am clean 30 days now - didn't know what to expect - but Desert Hope staff made my stay here comfortable and pleasant.

Excellent continuum of care - DH Out Patient Program Best kept secret...Desert Hope has an excellent Out Patient program. As an employee and person in recovery I find DH to be ethical and compassionate in all their practices.

Great staff and therapists The people that didn't want the treatment brought a lot of us others down in our process of recovery Desert hope was very warming and out going when I arrived and the bhts were great at their jobs!!

The employees really care about the clients. They take pride in seeing a patient succeed. The food is fantastic, the grounds are well maintained and beautiful, the housekeepers maintain cleanliness, they have Drs. on staff, RNs, pharmacy and therapist are among the best. Company is really excellent at communicating and as a result minimize any weaknesses. This company really does care about patients and their recovery. On an individual basis a really empathetic group.

Strengths: Staff Schedule, curriculum, focus on excellence Weaknesses: Need for local LV residents to know about the OP program. Wide range of groups, clients receive a ton of attention, and great at accessing insurance to pay for treatment.

Strengths: Caring, competent staff. Evidenced based program. Beautiful environment. Music Therapy, Yoga, Creative Art/Writing, Bio-Feedback lounge, EMDR, and more! Local marketing for community-based outpatient program was a weakness. Great staff and beautiful surroundings. Nursing and Clinical staff are exceptional! Medical and Psychiatric Physicians round daily, Treatment Team collaborates several times daily. Comprehensive program to meet individual needs - dual diagnoses addressed.

The Bhts and the therapists are amazing. There's not very many weaknesses I experienced. This rehab saved my life not only once but twice. I love this facility and the people that work there. Two staff members rock!!
