This office was very pleasant and everyone was very kind and professional. This office is far away from my home but I took the appointment because it was months to get into a closer office. I was not looking forward to the drive, but the calmness, kindness, professionalism, and efficiency of the office made it all worth it. I will book future appointments here to avoid the chaos and crazy of the offices in the northwest! Thank you for a good experience.

Lady who handled mri for my son was so rude n unprofessional how she addressed me n talked to me made me wana slap her n walk the hell out

Desert Radiology never answers their phones. It doesn’t matter what time you call them they will not answer the phone. I find them extremely inconvenient the techs who work there are all very nice. The receptionist are meh. But the main issue is the phones it is almost impossible to get someone on the phone. That includes the records department. The place is completely outdated. I need to complete renovation. It’s a little bit on the Dingy side.
