Everyone has even nice, professional. But I still do not have X-ray results from 6 days ago. Seems excessively long.

Awful customer service. We arrived at the wrong location, which is visible to the eye from the other location. Instead of just saying, just walk right over to that building, they kept us there for 2 hours to stay at the location we showed up at. Wasting time and effort. Simple to just say..."If you go right there, they will be able to service you." Easy to do. They can't do that. Do not go to this branch at all. Terrible!
I walked in to make an appointment, it was not busy so I did the X-ray and was out in less than an hour; from the time I f first arrived
