Great work on the procedure and the staff. TERRIBLE on the phone. I have given up trying to make an appointment by phone. It is easier to get into my car and drive to the office and make an appointment in person.

You need to do something about the hold time when calling besides providing for online appointments. Not all calls are for appointments.
