First of all, they never answer the phone. They will keep you on hold no joke for over an hour. Once they answer the phone to hang up on you it’s happened to me numerous times. The biggest issue I have with this place is getting the results they tell you that they send the results right over to the doctor soon as you have the ultrasound or any kind of scan done but that’s not true. I’ve been waiting days for the results of my scan not knowing if I have a tumor and they still have not sent the scan over so I’m really disappoi... read more

The front desk receptionist, Azure, and the radiologist, Megan, were wonderful. However the hold time to get an appointment, regardless the day of week or time you call, is unacceptable.
