The employee that performed the exam on my daughter was very rude and unprofessional it was very clear that he was trying to start an argument with me. Unfortunately because the staff members do not wear nametags I did not get his name and he never introduced himself. It is very unfortunate that people with that behavior do not get disciplined. I will avoid returning to this location on Horizon Ridge it was a terrible experience.
From the first phone call to make an appointment ( which took so long ) and then it went down hill from there

The staff on site could not have been nicer. The overall experience was poor due to the communication from the prior authorization dept. were informed at 4:59 PM the day before that they were canceling our appointment. They said they were doing that due to not having the procedure authorized. We had confirmed with our doctors office that the authorization and the information requested had been provided on several occasions. We actually just went in for the appointment the next day anyway even though they said it was canceled... read more
The one test refined the technician was great he did my ultrasound my cardiovascular ultrasound for a vascular stuff in my legs. But I found out that morning that you had a machine down that could not do my second test and getting a hold of you guys to schedule the test is very difficult your wait time is way too long and it’s actually really a pain in the butt. Not sure if you need to hire more operators to schedule appointments or what but the patient experience to call and schedule an appointment is horrible
