The staff was excellent in answering any questions and the appointment was pretty close to my scheduled appointment time. I was scheduled for 2:30 and was called in at 2:35. Thank you to Kim S and Mary for your professionalism and patience!

The tech came out to the wait room and called out my full name, first and last, a clear HIPAA violation. This is not appropriate and must be changed

Everyone was very kind and helpful. I have trouble walking and I was able to use one of many wheelchairs they have. Morris the x-ray technician was especially considerate. My whole visit lasted only an hour!

My first time experience at Desert Radiology was a pleasant surprise. Everyone I encountered was pleasant and polite, and even though it was busy, I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. The radiology tech that did my test was especially nice.She was personable and professional and put me at ease..
