I wasn’t given a text reminder from the Palomino location, so I wasn’t sure if scheduling was correct. I find the confirmation to be helpful when there are reminders! Besides that, all was well
I was referred for a chest X-ray and they don’t make appointments! Sitting in a crowded waiting room with sick people is a poor check-in system. I wish they had a better way to allow patients to sit in their car and wait for a text when they are next, or a few minutes before they are ready for you Once in the tech was great, and it was quick and efficient.
