I've been going to Desert Radiology for 20+ years and it has always been a pleasant experience. I've had all testing done there -- mammograms, x-rays, MRIs, CT scans and bone density exams. There has never been a problem of any kind. All staff are friendly, efficient, kind and professional... even comforting and calming when I have feared the results of some tests. I wouldn't even think of going anywhere else!
Everyone at Desert Radiology was amazing. It was fairly busy the morning I went; and yet, I was seen very close to my appointment time. The Radiologists were amazing and explained everything. All-in-all a good experience!
I have had to wait for 45 minutes to an hour on hold without any response. More troubling, I have given up and physically went to make an appointment. I wss made to wait for 20 minutes to make my appointment. I overheard others standing in line voicing the same complaint. I feel sorry for your poor frontline employees. Unfortunately, they must take the brunt for ineptitude in hiring. Is thrre an option for giving less than one star?
I can not say enough about my experience with palomino. They were GREAT. The doctors and nurses were Caring compassionate and treated me with excellent care. I had my 1st ever biopsy and it went off without a problem.All the staff at the front desk was also very kind. I do not say this lightly, HATS OFF TO PALOMINO RADIOLOGY!!!
The staff at Desert Radiology was great. I was there for a kidney ultrasound. I had an appointment and I arrived ten minutes early, the receptionist gave me two simple info pages to fill out. I filled out my info, and gave them back to her. There was alot of people waiting to be called in, and I was thinking this is going to take awhile.
