I wasn’t given a text reminder from the Palomino location, so I wasn’t sure if scheduling was correct. I find the confirmation to be helpful when there are reminders! Besides that, all was well
I was referred for a chest X-ray and they don’t make appointments! Sitting in a crowded waiting room with sick people is a poor check-in system. I wish they had a better way to allow patients to sit in their car and wait for a text when they are next, or a few minutes before they are ready for you Once in the tech was great, and it was quick and efficient. In this day and age it isn’t confidence building when my crowded sushi restaurant has a better check in system then every medical office is crowded and relies on a sticke... read more
