Appointment was late and ruin my days activities

Everyone is very professional, helpful and kind. My one COMPLAINT: The security guard has been gone the last two times I’ve been in!! He was so good, always watching out for everyone. I feel much less safe with him gone. My last appointment was at night and it was so creepy going in and leaving. I felt sorry for the woman all by herself after 7:30pm. Please get him back and keep us all safe.

Started off when I walked in no smile or friendly greeting from the receptionist. Never have experienced such negative energy here and have been coming here for years. I checked in and was waiting to be called to complete registration. Three others who checked in behind me were called so I asked receptionist what was going on. She said oh they must have appointments and they are placed above. The gentleman who last checked in sat next to me and was telling me he just walked in for xray no appointment.
