With the exception of the receiving person when I first arrived, the rest of the persons who helped me where very pleasant and helpful. The nurse that informed and helped me with the procedure was very caring and efficient. She really went out of her way to help me understand the procedure and also to make me feel confortable. Besides the doctor took the time to talked to me a few minutes before the beginning of the procedure.

The negative: Waiting area is uncomfortably cold The positive: Had an AMAZING thyroid Ultrasound Tech-can’t recall her name unfortunately. She explained everything she did plus allowed me to see the monitor and showed me the enlarged nodules in question. She is a people person and puts her patients at ease! The PA doing the procedure was good, explained what I would feel and exactly what needed to be done

The U S technician was friendly and very professional. She made sure that I was comfortable from the moment i entered the exam room until the exams were complete.
